For making this you require
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 & 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2 & 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 & 1/2 table spoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a big pan of bread machine then after selecting the dough cycle press start button.
- when the dough become double to its original size then turn this dough onto a light floured surface cover
- then rest for 10 to 15 minutes on the other hand in a bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- then roll dough into 16×21 inches, spread dough with the butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon mixture.
- cut all the dough into 12 rolls then place it into pan cover the pan and place it for 30 minutes.
- burn oven at 200 degree C
- bake the roll in oven until it turns to golden brown after about 15 minutes then spread frosting on warm rolls before serving
